The expanded foam materials we use include EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), EPP (Expanded Polypropylene, SupraCell™, Arcel and Hi-Heat resins. These foams have specific characteristics, which suit different application areas (please refer to Materials Matrix).

Simply adding a plate within the tool can personalise your product by creating lettering, numbers, logos or even simple instructions (for example packing/unpacking directions).
