SCA (Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget) is an international paper company that produces and sells absorbent hygiene products, packaging solutions and publication papers.

Europe and North America are SCA's main markets, however they also have strong footholds in Latin America and Asia.

SCA owns 2.0 million hectares of productive forest land and conducts sawmill operations. SCA's products are produced nearly exclusively from renewable and recyclable materials.

SCA is listed by the Financial Times as one of the world's 500 largest companies. The SCA share is listed on the stock exchange in Stockholm and is also traded in London and New York.

SCA has circa 51,000 employees in some 50 countries. Annual sales in 2006 amounted to EUR 11bn. Share of sales by business area in 2006: Personal Care 21%, Tissue 31%, Packaging 32% and Forest Products 16%.
