Polystyrene Blocks
Our white polystyrene blocks are available in the following grades:

All our polystyrene block is moulded from a Fire Retardant foam bead. Non FRA bead is available upon request.

EPS block is produced by a similar process to moulded EPS parts, but on a much larger scale so the finished blocks are 2500 x 1250 x 1000mm. These can then be cut with a hot wire or hand scooped.
EPS block is widely used in the construction industry where it is generally sold in sheet form to be used as insulation. It is also used for packaging where parts are very simple shapes or volumes are too low to justify tooling.
As with moulded EPS, cut parts are fully recyclable.
