Construction
ICFs Insulated Concrete Formworks
Insulating Concrete Formwork (ICF) is a building system that uses expanded polystyrene formwork for an in-situ concrete structure. The formwork is filled with concrete and then left permanently in place as thermal insulation.
Benefits of ICF Construction
- Faster to construct than brick homes
- Safer and lighter on site materials
- Stronger walls
- Better sound deadening for a quieter interior
- More energy efficient homes and lower heating bills

Sound Deadening Acoustic Tiles
When a room’s surfaces are relatively close to the listener, a very efficient diffusing surface is needed. These High density Expanded Polystyrene tiles solve this problem. It is the industry’s first, and most efficient omnidirectional primitive root number theory two dimensional diffusor.
Acoustic GRG – Sound Deadening
Acoustic Tiles – Used for sound deadening in recording studios:
- Efficient audio scattering
- Improve sound quality and speech clarity
- Reduced echo
- Excellent acoustic performance
- Minimised acoustic glare in all directions

Door Panels
This ridged high density door insert panels combined with some other very tough materials makes these doors some of the toughest and most insulating doors on the market.
Homesafe – EPS Door Inserts
- Recyclable material
- Any waste can be recycled directly onsite
- More energy efficient homes
- Lower energy bills

Impact Absorbing Flooring Systems
Notts Sports use the cushioning and impact absorption of EPP tiles in their versatile play area surfacing systems. It can be installed over existing concrete, asphalt, grass or bare ground, on flat surfaces or over irregular mounds or slopes. We manufacture 3 different thicknesses on one tool to save costs. The 30g/l tiles securely interlock and have the addition of drainage holes to allow water to run through.
- Safety
- Easy to handle
- Easy to identify different thicknesses
- Cost effective
- Labour Saving – Process is quick, used to be chipped rubber off rolls – tiered to make the required height
