• We have a total of 78 moulding machines in 5 locations
• 19 machines are high pressure EPP machines
• 6 are specialist thermal transfer machines
• 8 are transfer machines
• We perform approx 6200 tool changes every year
• On average we have invested in 2 new machines a year since 2001
• SCA Foam Products has launched a £1m four-year investment programme at its plant in Spennymoor, County Durham.
