Earlier this year SCA decided to sell its North American packaging operation to venture capitalists Metalmark. As the name Tuscarora originated and was registered with the North American division unfortunately this was part of the deal. We have since therefore had to re-brand SCA Tuscarora in the UK. The name we have chosen is SCA Foam Products as this best represents what we do.

Over the years we have moved away from being purely a designer and manufacturer of packaging by diversifying into components for markets such as the Automotive, Air Conditioning, Personal Safety etc. which now represents over 40% of our turnover! That is why we now say SCA Foam Products – more than just packaging.
